Meet the Board of Directors
BIA is maintained by our board of directors below. Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with these Godly men. They oversee the finances of BIA, ensure the curriculum is of the highest quality, and support the students on any questions they may have during their time here.

Bro. Richards has been a pastor for the past 49 years serving six different churches. Currently, he is the pastor at Corinth Baptist Church in Loganville, GA, a position he has served in for the past 34 years.
He received his B.A. from Antioch Baptist College in 1969 and holds a Masters Degree from Covington Theological Seminary in 1985. Pastor Richards also has two Honorary Doctorates from Gwinnett Hall Baptist College in 1975 and Trinity Baptist Seminary in 1987.
He currently serves as president of Macedonia World Baptist Missions, a position he has held for the past 22 years.
He and his wife, Catherine, have been married 50 years and have three children. |

Tommy is currently serving as Associate Pastor of Corinth Baptist Church. He has served on the staff of Corinth since 1978. During these years, he has served as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor.
Bro. Foskey received his B.S. Degree in Theology from Baptist University of America in 1980. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Macedonia World Baptist Missions.
He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 28 years and have three children, Sara, Dallas and Alison. |

Dr. Davis was saved on May 3, 1950 at Messiah Baptist Church, in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Davis has taught in bible colleges and seminaries in five states, helped start two colleges and pastored churches since 1957. His educational background includes:
- Baptist Bible College - Springfield, Missouri
- Western Baptist Bible College - Salem, Oregon
- San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary - San Francisco, California
- California Graduate School of Theology - Glendale, California (received PhD in 1977)
- Investment Training Institute - Atlanta, Georgia (graduated in1991 majoring in corporate stocks, bonds and investments)
Dr. Davis is the founding member of the Board of Directors of Reliance Trust Company, Atlanta, GA. He was also appointed as a member of the Fundamentalist Hall of Fame of the Lucerne Conference Grounds, Lucerne, California - sponsored by San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary of San Francisco, California. Others installed include: Dr. Tom Malone, Dr. Monroe Parker, Dr. Ed Shuler, Dr. Victor Sears, Dr. Bob Jones II, Dr. Bob Jones, Sr. Dr. Davis is privileged to be associated with these great men.
He has been married to Lavona Lee Tackett since 1951. Dr. and Mrs. Davis have four children presently serving in their churches in the greater Atlanta area and nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Presently, Dr. Davis and his wife reside at their family farm in north Rockdale County in Conyers, GA. |

Nolan Jackson was born in 1949 at Columbia, South Carolina, the son of the late Evangelist Maze Jackson of Decatur, GA. His parents set the example of the importance of standing for principles that you strongly believe. This heritage, helping hurting families, caring for the poor, and giving to the needy has trained Nolan to have a heart for all types of people.
After attending a Christian school for much of his early life, he graduated from Towers High School in Decatur, GA, in 1967. In 1971, Nolan attended the University of North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 and a Masters in Education in 1976.
He accepted the Associate Pastor and Music director of the Beulah Baptist Church in Bennett, NC, in 1970, where he served for seven years. In 1977, he returned to his home church, Belmont Baptist, which is now located in Conyers, GA. He has served there for the past twenty nine years.
He has the privilege of ministering with his two sons and son-in-law at the growing church on the east side of Atlanta. God has developed a strong counseling ministry under Pastor Jackson’s leadership at Belmont. People come from all over the United States because of recommendations from national ministries such as Focus On The Family, Biblical Concepts In Counseling, International Center for Biblical Counseling and others. He will soon complete thirty five years of service for the Lord at Belmont and forty two years in pastoral ministries.
In 1968, he married his lovely wife, Mae, and since then they have three children, Nolan, Jr., Neal and Scarlett. They are now blessed with four grandchildren. |

Doug Widmer was saved on July 5, 1965. Graduating Mentor High School in Mentor, Ohio in 1972, Doug later went on to graduate from East Stroudsburg University in 1981. He recieved a degree in Health and Physical Education.
Doug has taught in numerous fields over the years. These fields include:
- Louise Radloff Middle School, Gwinnett, GA 2004 - Present
- Atlanta, GA Public Schools for 19 years
- Walton, GA County Schools for 2 years
- Athletic Director, Pinebrook Jr. College, PA
- Student Housing Director for 9 years
- Athletic Coach (Soccer, Basketball) for 9 years

Juan Bradley was saved at Rehoboth Baptist Church in 1976 under the preaching of Pastor Lester Buice. He married Melanie Bradley, his high school sweetheart, in 1988. They have two children Marissa and Michael.
He began working in the building supply business in 1985 and moved into sales in 1986. In 1988 they joined Sharon Baptist Church in Cumming, GA, under the leadership of Pastor Randy Rhye. Pastor Rhye continues to be one of the biggest influences in their lives through his counsel, leadership and friendship.
He joined Windor Building Supply in 1990 and became sales manager in 1994 and the company sales grew from $1 million to $25 million annually. In 1996 he went to work for Wheelers Building Supply and became regional manager in 2001. He began residential developing and new home construction in 2003. He currently owns Chapel Station LLC and other commercial properties in Gwinnett and Paulding counties. He is presently a partner in Longstreet Developing, where they develop building lots in three metro counties, acquiring 400 lots and constructing between 75-100 homes annually. His hobbies include traveling with his family, coaching baseball, hunting, fishing and working on his farm in middle Georgia.
They are currently members at Gospel Light Baptist Church in Bethlehem, GA , where they are involved in the teen ministry. They have resided for 12 years in Monroe, Georgia.

Greg has been the current pastor of Bible Baptist Church of Monroe, GA, since January 1, 1977. Before fulfilling the pastoral duties, he was the Minister of Music and Associate Pastor of Bible Baptist Church of Monroe, GA, December 9, 1973 – December 31, 1976.
He was a graduate of Bob Jones University in 1974 and recieved a BA in Practical Christian Training with proficiency in music. He has also taught guitar for 10 years.
Greg has been married to his lovely wife, Judy, since February 14, 1976. They have two sons, Joel who is employed by Delta Landscape Supply, Norcross, GA, and Stephen, Assistant Pastor and Minister of Music at Bible Baptist Church of Monroe, GA.
